Hemm żewġ sinjal għal BERMUDAS. L-ewwel wieħed għandu żewġ partijiet. (i) Iż-żewġ idejn jieħdu l-forma ta’ 5 ftit milwija u jimxu bil-pala tħares ’il ġewwa u bil-ponot tas-swaba’ jħarsu ’l isfel minn ftit ’il bogħod minn xulxin u jduru biex jiġu bil-pala tħares ’il fuq fil-ġnub. (ii) Imbagħad id waħda forma ta’ 5 bis-saba’ l-kbir maħruġ ’l isfel titla ħdejn il-ġenb tal-ġbin, is-saba’ l-kbir jersaq lura lejn il-pala u l-id tersaq lejn il-ġenb. Din il-parti mhux dejjem issir ladarba l-bermudas jintlibsu min-nisa ukoll. It-tieni sinjal iktar qadim. There are two signs for BERMUDAS or BERMUDA SHORTS. The first sign has two parts. (i) Both hands take the shape of slightly bent 5 with palms facing inwards and fingertips pointing downwards a little away from each other. They move to the sides as they turn so that the palms face upwards at the sides. (ii) Then one hand takes the shape of 5 with thumb extended downwards. The hand moves to the side of the forehead, the thumb moves back towards the palm and the hand moves away to the side. This part is not always used since bermudas are also worn by females. The second sign is older. The hand take the shape of 5 with the fingers slightly bent to touch the legs as though indicating the length. Then, the hand turns to the side at the knee.
